The goal of the CEF Instructor Program is to develop an Instructor who is capable of teaching at the beginner level in a safe, constructive fashion. It will also act as an introduction to the CEF coaching program thereby increasing the quality of English Coaching. There is a need within the industry for trained persons who are keen to learn the trade of coaching, to work in close contact with certified coaches. This will improve the quality of instruction and coaching available to both beginner and recreational riders.
